1. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for securing your password and all activities under your account. Unauthorized use of another user's account is prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WannaClimb for illegal or prohibited purposes. Do not post content that is harmful, offensive, infringing, or violates privacy rights. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination.

3. Content Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of their content. By posting on WannaClimb, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the service.

4. Memberships, Subscriptions & Payments

WannaClimb may offer paid memberships, subscriptions, or premium features. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the selected plan. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused days. We are not responsible for payment failures, subscription errors, or financial loss related to membership or premium features.

5. Location & Personal Information

Certain features may require your location. You must provide explicit consent before enabling location services. Location data is used solely to enhance your experience, such as showing nearby climbing spots or connecting with partners. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You may revoke location access at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

WannaClimb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including climbing advice, partner connections, events, accidents, or the use of location data. Climbing and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. All users participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or other losses.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Termination does not exempt you from obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WannaClimb operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
